|The 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Saturday 2nd December at 10.00

In accordance with Club Rule 13.
“The Nomination list for all Club Officials shall be posted on the Club Notice Board at least 21 days prior to the meeting and will be closed 7 days prior thereto.
The names of Retiring Officers and Committee Members shall appear on the nomination list should they be willing to serve a further term.
No nominations shall be made except with the approval and consent of the nominee.”
