Mixed Club Competitions

This is a 3 wood, 21 ends competition open to all married couples who are members of the Club

The Jubilee Shield is a Mixed Pairs, 2 Woods Knock-out Competition.

This is a Mixed Pairs (4 Woods – Choose your own partner, No Married Couples) competition open to all members.
This will be a Knockout Competition as follows:-
First round, Quarter and Semi Finals, 10 ends but no longer than 90 minutes (Games will be started and finished on the sounding of a whistle) with the Final being 12 ends.
Toss for Jack, no giving the mat away or visiting the Head. Dead Ends will count as played.
Should the game be tied an extra end will be played.
The draw for rinks will be at 9.30 a.m. and play will commence at 10.00 a.m.
First round an Quarter Final to be played in the morning with the Semi Final and Final in the afternoon.
Dress – Whites – The presentation of the Trophy and Prizes will follow the Final
Entry fee £6.00 per pair, paid on the day.
Tea & Coffee will be available during the Lunch Break and hopefully the bar will be open.

This is a 3 wood, 18 ends competition is open to all members of the Club.
The Clubs Bowls Committee will allocate entries into teams of 3.
Each team will contain either one male or one lady.

This is a competition run over all the Friday afternoon Gala’s. It is open to all bowling members and is awarded at the end of the season to the player with the best aggregate score.
